BackupTrust is a macOS menu bar app for scheduled, incremental folder backup. Choose a source folder, add one or more destinations, and set an hourly, daily, or weekly schedule. BackupTrust runs quietly in the background and copies only files that are new or changed, helping protect active projects without repeating a full backup every time. BackupTrust is built for real working folders and supports locally mounted storage including internal drives, external SSDs, RAID volumes, network shares, NAS destinations, and other folders macOS can access.
