Totally Broken
So you are supposed to be able to enter your reservation details 5 days before arriving to be able to use the app, but it constantly throws an error saying reservation not found, even though we were able to use the same details to access the reservation via their website. This app is completely useless!!! Their website is also totally broken and throws errors to the console. Neither the website or this app will let you reserve restaurants. I have not seen an app or website this poorly written in a very long time. Their IT department and senior company management should be totally ashamed of this pathetic attempt at an app. I would not submit any customer I want to keep to the use of this app!!!
My Birthday celebration
The resort is huge and a lot to do. The food was good. I loved that they had an all night snack barThe only issue I had with the resort was when I asked to have my room changed they put in the adults only luxury side and it was nothing luxurious at all it had a strong Oder of mold and the carpets were filthy. I suffered with a headache all night in building 2. The first room I was in was great in building 1 only issue was I did not like the location. It was in the first building which always smelled nice. I was traveling alone and a woman. I did not like that I was on the first floor where all the employees come in and out.
The front desk Reps Kyle and Dhashea were absolutely friendly and worked quickly on check out and questions I needed answers. Thank you for your services 🇯🇲🇺🇸
Be patient
The app does work mostly after you get to the hotel to give information and show what you have booked such as reservations and such. It doesn’t actually book the spa sessions though, even though I click “Finalize” to book an appointment it doesn’t actually book the appointment. My wife and I showed up for a couples massage and they didn’t have our reservation but still accommodated us anyways.
If you want to get dinner reservations you can create an account online and use the website on an actual computer - the mobile site does not work well for this on a phone.
A few kinks but the app does give a lot of good info once you’ve arrived at your hotel.
