Batch rename files right on your cloud drive's web page. Preview every line, catch name clashes before they happen, undo a whole batch if needed. BatchName is a Safari extension that batch renames files on the web version of Chinese cloud drives. A season of episodes saved from someone's share, a folder of IMG_ photos, file names stuffed with website URLs: fix them all in one pass, without downloading anything or installing a desktop client. Supported drives Quark Drive, Alibaba Cloud Drive, Baidu Netdisk, Xunlei Drive, 115 Drive, UC Drive, 123 Pan, China Mobile Cloud and Tianyi Cloud. Preview first, then rename Every file gets one line: old name → new name, with the part being removed struck through. Read down the list, and only then hit Rename. Six rules · Replace text: swap one piece of a file name for another · Add text: put fixed text at the start or end · Add numbering: number files in list order, with a start value and zero padding · Clean up file name: turn characters the file system rejects into underscores · Regex replace: capture groups supported, mistakes flagged as you type · Extract episode: find the episode number in a messy name and rebuild it as "Show S01E01", so media scrapers can recognize season and episode Conflict check and undo If two files would end up with the same name, or two files swap names, BatchName stops before anything runs and lets you decide. Changed your mind afterwards? Undo the last batch in one go. Filter and search Filter by file or folder and search by keyword to pick out just the files you want from hundreds. Nothing leaves your Mac BatchName has no servers, no accounts and no analytics. File names are processed on your Mac, and rename requests go straight to the drive you are using, exactly as if you renamed the file on the page by hand. Getting started 1. Open BatchName after installing and follow the guide to turn on the extension in Safari Settings 2. Set the website access for your cloud drive to Allow 3. Open the file list on the drive and click Batch rename in the lower-right corner The interface is available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and English, and follows your system's light or dark appearance. Requires macOS 12 or later.
