I built BatchPrep because every meal planning app I tried was either way too complicated or wanted me to pay a subscription just to see a grocery list.
Here's what BatchPrep actually does:
You pick recipes. You drag them into your week. The app makes your shopping list. Done.
No AI meal generators. No complicated macro calculators. No "smart" features that guess what you want to eat. Just a straightforward tool that saves you time on Sundays.
THE RECIPES
209 of them, all tested. Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Asian, Western — actual variety, not 50 versions of chicken breast. Filter by what you actually care about: vegetarian, high-protein, quick meals, one-pot dishes.
THE PLANNING
A week view. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Tap a slot, pick a recipe. See your calories and macros add up as you go. Copy last week if it worked.
THE SHOPPING LIST
Generated from your plan. Grouped by aisle so you're not zigzagging through the store. Check things off as you shop.
