Create with Your Hands — or a Stylus
BeadLab offers two distinct creative experiences.
With your bare hands, you can tap directly onto the board in space, switching freely between paint, eraser, and line modes — natural and intuitive. Want more precise control? Pick up the Logitech Muse spatial stylus. Bring the tip close to the board and beads place themselves automatically. The pressure, the angle, the flow — it all feels like drawing on paper. Both modes work seamlessly side by side, and BeadLab adapts perfectly to whichever you prefer.
From Flat to Dimensional — Beyond the Two-Dimensional Canvas
Ordinary bead art is limited to a flat surface. BeadLab's multi-layer mode transforms your board into a genuine three-dimensional space. Layer upon layer, each one an independent canvas, all fusing together into a finished piece with real depth and volume. View it from the front and it's a painting. View it from the side and it's a miniature sculpture. This is a bead art experience that could only exist in the age of spatial computing.
Rich Color — True to Real Beads
BeadLab includes two professional color libraries. The Perler Standard Palette contains all 66 classic Perler color codes, matched one-to-one with real Perler bead products on the market — the colors you design on screen correspond directly to bead product codes, so you can purchase the materials and recreate your design in the physical world. The Mard Art Palette offers nearly 200 carefully curated artistic colors, from soft Morandi neutrals to vivid macarons, giving your imagination room to roam.
Finish Your Work — Let It Live in Your Space
When the last bead is placed, tap Done. BeadLab automatically bakes your creation into a polished 3D model. Every bead's shape, color, and sheen is faithfully reproduced — cylinder, sphere, cube — the shape you choose defines the final texture of your piece.
The generated USDZ file is saved to your Gallery, ready to be summoned into your room at any time: floating beside your desk, resting on a windowsill, becoming a one-of-a-kind spatial ornament. You can also export and share it — send it to a friend, or display it on any AR-capable device.
Designed for the Creative Experience, Nothing Else
Every detail in BeadLab exists to support immersive creation. The snap-assist feature lets a virtual bead follow your hand, helping you land precisely on every cell. Undo and redo are always available — no need to fear a misplaced bead. Auto-save quietly protects every stroke in the background; step away and come back to find everything exactly as you left it.
The board moves, rotates, and scales freely — position it at whatever angle and distance feels right. Whether you're sketching casually from the sofa or standing focused at a work surface, BeadLab fits the way you work.
The Gallery — Your Personal 3D Exhibition
Every finished piece is stored in your Gallery with thumbnail previews and file size details. Name your work, rename it, export it, or delete it whenever you like. Works with Menu-series names can even be used as spatial display pieces — hovering on either side of the main interface, making your creations a living part of the app itself.
