Thanks for using Bed Time! This update includes some new fonts and colour options, including some lovely gradients. A lot of you told me that you use the app during the day e.g. during lectures or in meetings or just as a pretty desk clock, so I've tweaked the way light and dark mode work based on your feedback - there are now 4 distinct styles within the app: 1. Dark mode with a coloured background 2. Dark mode with a black background 3. Light mode with a coloured background 4. Light mode with a white background You can use the buttons on the control panel or you can long press anywhere on the screen to switch between these 4 styles. Please do check all of them out and have a play with the different colour options to find the styles you like best. You can also double tap on the screen to quickly toggle between light and dark mode. I hope you like this update and as always your feedback is appreciated.

Thanks for using Bed Time! This update adds a gradient background for some visual flair. Don't worry though, it is automatically turned off when on the lowest brightness setting, or by double tapping on the screen.

Firstly, a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who has sent me a tip to purchase my morning coffee. It honestly means so much. Now on to what's new in this update: * A revised control panel which is displayed when you tap on the screen * The brightness control once again adjusts the screens brightness in addition to the time. The brightness level can be independently set for both dark and light modes, so you can have your night mode very dark and your day mode very bright. * A new "S" button has been added which allows you to toggle displaying the seconds * A new set of calming sounds (rain, ocean waves, forest life, gentle stream, burning fire) has been added which can help you drift off to sleep. These require an in-app purchase. * You can now message me feature suggestions directly within the app

Bed Time is now a free app! Don't worry - there are still no ads, and the app is still as simple and clean as ever before. I have added a control panel which is displayed when you tap on the screen to make configuration easier for those who prefer not to use gestures. Just tap on the screen again to remove the controls. If you enjoy using Bed Time, now that the app is free, I've added a new screen which is accessed by a small heart on the control bar, and this will offer some ways in which you can support future development, including sending me a tip for a cup of coffee!

Thanks for using Bed Time! This update includes more configuration options, including: • Pinch and zoom to show and hide the date • Long press to toggle between light and dark mode • Double tap to show and hide the AM/PM indicator

Updated to support iOS 14. This version places the focus back on the time (you can no longer pinch to show the date). You can still swipe left and right to change the colour, and up and down to change the brightness.

This update adds the option to display the date, and it also adds an AM/PM indicator. Just pinch the screen to view the different layout options.

This update fixes a bug that crept into the last release - the time will now be accurate each time you open the app!

Thanks for using Bed Time! This update tweaks a couple of things: • If you use Bed Time when your phone is connected to power, the time will be accurate to the nearest second. If your device isn't connected to power, the time will update every 30 seconds to conserve battery. • If you're using Bed Time on a shiny new iPhone X, the home indicator will now be hidden to prevent any unnecessary light from disturbing your sleep.
