Billettera Controller is the official ticket verification app for the billettera.com ticketing platform.
Designed for event organizers and their designated controllers, it allows you to verify and validate attendee tickets in real time, directly from your phone.
KEY FEATURES
QR Code Scanning
Scan ticket QR codes using your phone's camera. Verification is instant: the app communicates in real time with the billettera.com server to confirm ticket validity. Immediate visual feedback shows whether the ticket is valid (green), already scanned (orange) or refused (red).
Event Selection
When managing multiple simultaneous events, the app lets you choose exactly which event you want to control. No more confusion between overlapping ticketing sessions.
Real-Time Dashboard
Track your event's check-in progress with visual gauges:
- Percentage of tickets scanned vs. total
- Breakdown by zone (VIP, Stand, General Admission, etc.)
- Number of free and paid tickets not yet verified
Scan History
View the list of recently scanned tickets with the holder's name, file number, and validation time.
Ticket Search
Search for a ticket by name when the QR code is unavailable. Manually validate tickets found directly from the search results.
