App and car connection needs improvement

The concept is great, the problem really lies between the connection with car and app. It will tell you that the car isn’t connected, or when you are ending the ride it will try to tell you that the ignition is still on/charger is not plugged in. But it locks the door first and then you can’t do anything except call customer service. I’ve probably had to call them over a dozen times to prevent my charges being ran up due to a faulty app assuming I haven’t ended my ride yet. All it takes is 1 company to come in and do it better and this app will get less and less popular.

I’ve been using the BlueLA Car Sharing app for many months, and it’s been a game-changer for getting around the city. The app is user-friendly, making it easy to locate available cars and reserve them in just a few taps. Re-review app is working better

The app is working better. Not so many issues. I rented a car for the second time today and the app was working way better. What should be said in GIANT letters everywhere in the app is that you need to have Bluetooth and GPS on at the same time to properly access the car’s features. After the ride, I parked and was able to check in and out. I did have to call customer service to end the ride on their end, that was the only issue. Will use again now that everything is working better.

The concept is great but everything about this app/company is a nightmare. The app crashes every single time you try to use it. There’s days I need to book a car and I’m at a station where there’s 6 cars and the app won’t let me book one. The couple times I’ve gotten it to work there was always an issue ending the ride and had to call customer service and be on the phone 20min+. Customer service don’t do anything just type whatever you’re saying and say they would get back to you (they never do). Don’t create an account it’s a terrible experience stay away
