NEW FEATURES:
Cardio Mode for Training Plans:
Coaches can now author exercises with a Time target, a Kcal target, or both together - perfect for cardio machines like "10 min on the bike, 250 kcal." During the workout, the timer counts down from the target and the set auto-completes the moment either goal is hit.
Warm-up Routines:
Coaches can attach a warm-up plan to any exercise. When you start that exercise, the warm-up movements (with videos) play first - clear amber "WARM-UP" badges so you always know where you are.
Per-Set Calorie Tracking:
Cardio exercises now log per-set calories burned. Numbers flow into your Training Hub Today Summary and your Food page calorie deduction, so your nutrition view reflects what you actually burned.
Custom Calorie Goal:
Tap the pencil chip inside the calorie ring on the Food page (or the Nutrition card on Dashboard) to override your plan's daily calorie target. A 7-day cooldown stops you from chasing the scale day to day, and a friendly warning explains how to use it. Reset back to your coach's recommendation any time.
Smarter AI Food Scanner:
Snap a photo of food or describe a meal in your own words - the AI now identifies items in your language and estimates portions using your region's nutrition database. Take a photo of something that isn't food? It'll politely tell you what you actually photographed instead of pretending your AirPods case has 200 calories.
Explosive Movements Library:
New exercise category for Olympic lifts and explosive training. Videos uploaded under this category now appear in the library and can be assigned to plans.
IMPROVEMENTS:
Countdown timer for fixed-duration exercises:
Assigned-training time-mode exercises now count DOWN to zero (instead of up) and auto-mark the set complete when the timer ends.
Combined target chips:
Plan detail and workout summary now show "3 × 30s · 250 kcal" when both targets are set, "3 × 30s" or "3 × 250 kcal" when only one is set.
Translations Polish:
"OR", "Burn kcal", "Edit goal", and other previously-English bits now translate correctly to Bosnian, Croatian, and Danish. Long translations no longer overflow buttons (looking at you, "Pokreni držanje").
FIXED:
Trial Day-One "Expired" Dot:
Brand-new trial users no longer see a red "expired" subscription indicator on day one. The dot now stays silver until the trial actually ends.
Chat Image Uploads:
Sending an image in support chat no longer fails with a permission error.
Voice Notes in Chat:
Voice messages now upload reliably - fixed an audio Content-Type issue that was silently rejecting recordings.
Smoother Sign-Up:
Fresh signups land directly in their app with no paywall flash during the first second.
Calorie Auto-Complete Rest Timer:
When a cardio set auto-completes from hitting its kcal target, the rest timer and personal-record detection now fire correctly.
Add Food Modal Stability:
Closing the Add Food sheet - including the AI analysis screen - no longer leaves the app feeling stuck. The food autocomplete also stops searching cleanly when you back out mid-type.
Walk Share Map:
The shared workout map image now lines up the route precisely with the underlying map tiles instead of drifting at higher zooms.
