Fixed the app closing on some devices while live data was on screen. Over 6,500 new fault code descriptions for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Seat. Coding support for Chevrolet Spark, Sonic, Impala and Aiways U5; module lists corrected by model year. The in-car assistant's fault scan no longer stops halfway. If your adapter does not support coding, the reason is now stated clearly.

Live support can now run a remote fault scan across all modules of your vehicle. Live data on the dashboard screen no longer drops out after BMW coding. Nissan Sunny, Seat Leon II and Kia Rio (2005-2011) added to the vehicle list. Fixed VIN reading and vehicle recognition on reconnect for older K-line vehicles. Connection setup and fault code reading are more reliable with some adapters. New coding modules added for many vehicles.

BMW coding writes: when a module replied "please wait", the write was wrongly counted as rejected — the app now waits for the module's real answer and reads the result correctly. Signature calculation fixed for multi-container modules (seat, media); coding now completes on these as well. The factory software lock on the media unit is now protected. If a write is refused, you now get a translated message explaining why instead of a technical code.

Coding screen: 341 numeric settings that used to look empty now show their real value, and multi-byte values are combined correctly — VAG service and maintenance counters, Renault fuel tank calibration, Nissan and Kia cluster settings. Toyota/Lexus: 152 more models now match a coding profile (sliding roof, sunshade, ITS Connect, Auto High Beam). Mitsubishi: 80 factory configuration fields are now readable. Factory settings are no longer shown as editable.

• Coding: settings could not be read on some vehicles because the batched read request was malformed — fixed. You can now switch settings off as well. Mitsubishi body module address corrected. 7 Volkswagen models added to coding support. • Fiat/Alfa: fixed coding screen not opening on 29-bit vehicles; hybrid battery screen translated to German and French • Fiat/Alfa/Lancia: the coding list now contains only verified settings; a duplicate empty module row was removed on Toyota/Lexus. • Toyota/Lexus: body module read address fixed; instrument cluster coding is now available on Skoda/Seat PQ models. • Fiat/Alfa/Lancia: ECU map fixed — the brake module is now correctly identified and protected; Golf IV connection improvement. • Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth and Maserati coding now targets the correct module (body computer and cluster addresses fixed; 30 models moved to 29-bit addressing). Seat Ibiza/Toledo and Skoda Rapid/Roomster/Fabia II coding is back on standard OBD mode. If no adapter is found, a checklist now appears (adapter plugged in, ignition on). No background scanning while connected: some clone adapters made the car look silent. • Ford As-Built coding scan now reads the first block (DE00) too; previously the first block was skipped on every read. New vehicles linked to the coding catalogue: Ora 03, Wey Coffee 01, Mercury Milan/Mariner/Mountaineer, Abarth Grande Punto/Punto Evo, Lancia Delta and Skoda Fabia II. Remote support is more reliable: unanswered commands are re-delivered and a busy connection reports an honest status.

The coding screen now works on many more vehicles: module lists and settings can be read, and editable options are shown. Fault scanning finds modules more reliably — responding modules are no longer missed. Chassis number (VIN) reading was extended on some vehicles. Wait times now adapt automatically on slow adapters.

This update fixes issues found from field logs: • Connecting to a non-OBD device now gives an honest message. • Fault reading: responses could shift after an adapter restart. • Improved fault reading on GM/Chrysler (J1850) vehicles. • Fixed the VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat coding session. • More reliable VIN reading. • Notifications: we can tell you when an issue you hit is fixed.

This update: fixed duplicated or missing rows when the same fault code appears in several modules; expanded Mercedes and Renault fault code descriptions; improved live data and VIN reading stability; coding descriptions now available in more languages.

This update adds broader make and model support, expanded fault-code (DTC) and ECU coverage, tablet layout improvements, and various bug fixes.

On some adapters the VIN could not be read at all; reading now works on Lexus, Mazda and Fiat vehicles. The calibration number on the ECU identity screen was shown with corrupted characters — fixed. On vehicles using 29-bit addressing, fault reading queried the wrong address and came back empty. Hundreds of VAG fault descriptions appeared in German in every language; they are now translated. Pending and permanent fault reading gave up too early. MAXOBD adapters are recognised.

BMW coding: the module write path was rebuilt so settings land at the correct address with the correct signature. During scanning, units with corrupted coding data are now flagged and can be restored from a backup with one tap. Reading and backing up modules is noticeably faster — only the data that actually exists in the unit is read. Writing can now be managed per brand and series from our servers, so if a model shows a temporary issue it is put into maintenance and you are told why.

The coding screen now uses the same layout on every brand: control units first, then the module's settings. Fixed category names showing as garbled text on some vehicles. Added SSM2 diagnostics for Subaru — fault codes and live data. Actuator tests are now reachable from the PRO Tools row. Settings simplified: the confusing OBD protocol picker and advanced adapter options were removed.

Coding support added for Toyota, Nissan, Haval, Chery and Lada — turn comfort features on or off. Multi-option settings can now be picked from a list and written. When a new version is published you'll see an update notice inside the app. Coding writes are safer: only verified identifiers are written.

• Fault codes are reported honestly now: no invented codes, none silently dropped, and no green "no faults" tick unless every system actually answered. • Vehicle info: each control unit shows only its own data, and if your car does not support the advanced identity service the app falls back to standard OBD details. • VW/Audi coding: settings that could only be read in part are no longer reported as "not present in your car". • When the adapter is out of range the app says the signal is weak instead of telling you to check the socket. • Japanese is now fully translated.

This update reads fault codes more accurately. On some cars the first digits of a code were shifting, so a catalytic converter fault could look like an air-flow sensor fault — and an extra code that was never there could be added. Codes are now shown exactly as the car reports them. Reading control-unit information is also faster and now returns results on more cars.

Fault reading is now honest: when a read fails, the app no longer says “no fault codes found” — it tells you the read did not complete. Invalid codes that could slip into the list on some cars have been removed. On Mercedes, Audi and Peugeot/Citroën/Opel models, engine fault codes are now also tried with a second method. If the adapter drops, the app reconnects by itself and reports a failed connection 10 seconds sooner.

This update speeds up module scanning: when the app cannot establish a link with your car, it no longer spends minutes sweeping addresses for nothing and reports the result right away. Some BMW and Audi models also used a coding profile the server did not recognise; those now fall back to the generic profile instead of failing. Stability improvements and bug fixes.

Expanded EV support: BYD and similar electric vehicles now show live battery, mileage and engine temperature. Improved adapter detection: phones and headphones are no longer mistaken for OBD adapters. New: "Analyze with AI" — AI-assisted vehicle discovery for unsupported vehicles. Fixed vehicle selection in Settings. Stability improvements and bug fixes.

Connecting is faster and much more reliable. • Live data polling no longer runs during setup — one connection took 79 seconds because of it • Fixed connecting to the wrong Bluetooth service on adapters that advertise two (those attempts never worked at all) • When data stops, the adapter is now restarted automatically instead of retrying forever • Coming back from the background re-checks the link instead of polling a dead line • "Vehicle not responding" is confirmed before it is shown — it was decided a second too early • If the ignition is off, the app now says so instead of a generic message • Warning before connecting to a device that is not an OBD adapter • FIXD, KONNWEI and OBDLink CX adapters keep their own settings • Removed the "fake adapter" warning shown on adapters that work fine • Connection errors are now shown in your own language • Older cars without a CAN line: K-line protocols are now tried • Coding profiles added for 33 BMW models

New: VAG (VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda) coding reading — a reference view across 15 platforms and 123 features. For now read-only, for reference and comparison; not yet verified on a vehicle. New: DPF (particulate filter) health screen — soot load and regeneration status. Improved: Advanced live sensors now pull data reliably (CAN response filter and ISO-TP fix); added Renault/Dacia matching. Stability and translation improvements.

The fault code database grew from 380 to 9,400 codes. P2xxx codes common on modern cars (DPF, AdBlue/SCR, intake manifold) now show their real description — in 31 languages. Likely causes now match the code too: a particulate filter fault shows filter causes, an AdBlue fault shows AdBlue causes. New: Live Engine Analysis — interprets fuel trim and the oxygen sensor. New: Vehicle Check — when buying used, reads the traces that show whether codes were cleared recently. The fault list now updates instantly when you change language.
