- Smartphone users can remotely adjust CareWindow device speaker and microphone settings whilst on a call.

- Family Group Admins can now assign that role to other members of the family group. For example, husband and wife, or brother and sister can both be Group Admins.

- Carer Mode allows you to manage CareWindow device settings remotely, such as disabling the "Unpair" function. - Account Recovery allows you to restore your CareWindow account onto a new device.

- Devices can now be paired by scanning the CareWindow QR code with the phone's camera app, not just from within the CareWindow app. If the app is not installed yet, the QR code takes you to download the CareWindow from the App Store. - Profile settings is now accessible from the main menu.
