It's time for Cashinator to also move away from the old symbol on a plain white background and introduce a modern hybrid icon. - Payment method fee: For better clarity, the fee is no longer shown as a separate expense. Instead, it is now clearly visible in the original transaction. - Payment method bugfix: There was an issue in the conversion rate view in the input form.
