Fixed intermittent issue with blank square covering app after SSO login. Turned on iOS anonymized reporting of hangs and fatal errors to help troubleshoot bugs. Fix "Go to Home" button on error pages. Show login failed message for SSO login when user is deactivated from all sites. Display app version on logs page (Menu > App Settings > App Logs).
