CBM FMS is an application which directly links to the state-of-the-art web-based facilities management software solution that readily delivers the latest and smartest IT features to empower people to operate building management activities at optimum efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhanced to serve better, CBM FMS is a 3-in-1 role-based app which not only caters for our staffs and clients but also our contractors. This application allows real-time entry for effective communication and data transparency between all user roles.

Report/log building-related issues (e.g. Cleanliness, Defects, Water Leak, etc.) discovered;
Update all assigned ad-hoc and scheduled works by snapping necessary Before and After photos and completing checklists;
View and monitor upcoming scheduled Preventive Maintenance Works for resource planning;
Receive and update feedback from CBM Tell Us;
Monitor contractor’s work progress and approve works done.
