Import receipts, bills, letters and records. Cella uses AI to organise them into Smart Spaces, extract useful details and answer questions about your documents. YOUR DOCUMENTS, YOUR PHONE On-device AI processes documents on your iPhone, so their contents stay there. Use Apple Intelligence on a supported device or download an on-device model. No Cella account is needed. CLOUD AI WHEN YOU CHOOSE Max lets you connect your own cloud AI provider with your API key. Enable it separately for each vault or switch back to on-device AI. When enabled, content and questions needed for processing go directly to your provider, subject to its terms and privacy practices. EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE Import files and photos, scan, share from other apps or paste text. Cella sorts documents, extracts details and tags them. Create custom Smart Spaces, search your vault, review spending and due dates, and browse your Timeline. You can correct extracted details. ASK YOUR DOCUMENTS Ask about a document or your vault and get answers with source references. Check important answers against the original: AI can make mistakes. START FREE The free plan has limits on documents, custom spaces and Ask AI. Plus and Max offer higher limits and more features, including a PIN-protected Private vault. Password-encrypted backup and restore are available. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew unless cancelled in App Store settings. Any cloud provider charges are separate. Apple Intelligence requires iOS 26 or later, a compatible iPhone, and Apple Intelligence enabled and ready. AI availability depends on your device and engine. Model downloads and cloud AI need internet access; cloud model quality varies. Optional crash diagnostics can be turned off in Settings.
