El usuario deberá contar con una orden de protección y haber recibido una invitación por parte del personal del Departamento de Seguridad Pública o el Negociado de la Policía de Puerto Rico para descargar la aplicación.
Esta herramienta tecnológica no sustituye una llamada al 9-11 en caso de emergencia.
