常柴微客服APP报修系统特点就是简单、快捷、方便、准确，完全遵循常柴的服务宗旨。应用只需要填写好自己的基本信息、故障类型，以及购买日期，就可直接报修，系统会自动上传到云端系统等待审核。为了适应社会群体，并考虑到客户群体的不同文化程度，常柴销售公司对APP报修系统进行了优化，避免了操作步骤的繁琐，操作界面简单易懂，通过采用文字与图片相结合的方式，保证用户一看就懂，一学就会，尽力让文化程度比较低的用户也可以用起来得心应手。服务站和三包人员使用时，要点击内部登陆，登陆后就会跳出未处理的报修工单，服务站可以根据自己所处的位置与用户的远近程度任意接单，同时APP报修系统中还增加了定位功能，保证了服务人员无论去哪里维修都能看到位置，服务人员在维修完毕后，需要拨打400电话确认方可完成服务，从而有效地督促和提高了服务人员的工作效率。
