สมาชิกประชาชน และเอกชนที่ลงทะเบียน สามารถแจ้งเหตุ ตำแหน่ง ภาพสถานที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ที่มีผู้เสียชีวิตผ่านเครื่องมือ Mobile Application นี้ได้ อีกทั้งยังสามารถให้ผู้ใช้แจ้งเรื่องการขอรับบริการนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ แจ้งเรื่องราวร้องทุกข์ ติดต่อขอรับศพ ติดตามสถานะศพที่รอชันสูตรพลิกศพ รวมถึงติดตามสถานที่ฝังศพ และติดตามกระดูก เรื่องที่ผู้ขอรับบริการแจ้งผ่านทางระบบหรือดำเนินการติดต่อด้วยตนเองกับทางสถาบันฯ สามารถติดตามสถานะของการดำเนินงานได้ผ่าน CIFS e-Service Mobile Application
