No map, no arrow: a clue, your eyes, and a well-framed photo. Every place you capture enters your notebook and gives you its story back. There's always one missing. A clue. A walk. A well-framed photo. Ciudadex turns the city into a photographic treasure hunt: find the place, photograph it, and it gives you its story back. HOW IT WORKS 1. Get a clue. One sentence — no navigation map, no arrow. 2. Walk to the place. Your eyes and your curiosity are enough to find it. 3. Frame it, shoot it. The app compares your photo to the place: if it's the right one, it's captured. WHAT YOU UNLOCK Every capture opens up the place's content: its history, its anecdotes, and its archive — old photographs with their year, caption and credit, often never shown anywhere else. YOUR NOTEBOOK Every place you capture enters your notebook. Places have a rarity and earn points; the collection fills up city by city. There's always one missing. WHAT CIUDADEX IS NOT It isn't a GPS check-in. You don't tick off a place by walking past it: you have to have looked at it, and framed it. That's what makes the capture satisfying — and what makes it mean something. Free, no ads, no account needed to start. Not every city is open yet. The list is growing — and if yours is missing, tell us. ARE YOU A TOWN HALL OR A TOURIST OFFICE? Ciudadex spreads visitor flows out instead of concentrating them, gives proof of a real visit rather than a walk-past, and gets your archives out of the drawer. Write to us: contact@ciudadexapp.com
