Seems like a great service, and working so far for sms. Nice option to keep UK number while abroad for long periods and most UK operators limiting how long you can roam (way goodbye to my business). Setup was bit flaky, after subscribing in app for 1 month UK number, the new ‘profile’ disappeared. Thought maybe subscription failed, as there was no record in iCloud subscriptions, but when I tried to subscribe again it did warn me I had subscription (no restore purchase option). I deleted and and reinstalled, it came back. And working fine now. The number port instructions are scant, and unclear on costs and what happens if service fails and you need to port out to keep number. But my UK number is now ported over, after reaching out to their friendly support. Not sure about paying to test. But still much cheaper than others like Swytch which requires £10 upfront just to open app, and monthly subscription, which is worth paying for reliable trustworthy service (and providers outside of business SIP/VOIP are still scarce).

I cannot receive any calls through this app whenever people try to call the number they provided me it says “user busy”. I’ve submitted a request/question to their support email it has been 5 days and I haven’t received any feedback. Stay away until they fix their issues and until they provide better customer support.

I’m an annual subscriber with a calling credit for my cloud sim. One day the app just kept quitting and quitting. Customer service says, delete the app, reinstall, put in your phone number, you’ll be golden.Only I’m not: when I put in my “native” sim number, I’m told there’s no account linked to it. I’m putting in the “wrong” number. The right number is some number I don’t recognize. I’m waiting up to 12 hours at a time to be told incorrect information, be given instructions that don’t work… it’s not good enough. I paid for an account, and you’ve literally lost it or given it to some other guy? Super disappointing. If you could at least talk to someone it wouldn’t take thirty hours to establish what phone number is on someone’s sim, but instead you get to wait for unhelpful emails that just repeat the incorrect stuff that came before.

I paid the $3.99 subscription fee for one month expecting, as advertised, to get a dedicated second phone number. Nothing happened but I was charged. I tried testing by sending an SMS text to a phone number. The app said I had no credit and had to purchase credit. The smallest amount of credit you could buy is $1.99. I paid for that. It then slowed me to send the SMS, but the person in the other end never received a text from me from any number. This is a total fraud. I don’t understand how the APP STORE has allowed these scammers to operate on APP STORE. I am going to put in a dispute on the charges with my credit card company.
