What's new in 1.8.2 • Fixed: classes paid with credit or a free class showed $0.00 paid. They now show the full amount, with a credit, free class and cash breakdown. • Dropping out or removing a student now says exactly what comes back: credit and any free classes. • Bookings partly paid by credit now show as Partially paid. • Owners and staff: the amount editor is now Cash Collected, as credit is applied separately.

What's new in 1.8.0 • Find private lessons by location and sport. Course cards and coach availability are clearer. • See coach ratings and reviews; rate coaches after completed classes. • Bookings show a reference. Owners and staff can search All Bookings; My Bookings shows only yours. • Class and booking screens refresh after relevant changes and notifications. • Face ID relocks after 5 minutes away, returns you to your page, and no longer traps sign-out. Crash reporting and security updates.

What's new in 1.7 • Book several dates of a group class at once: pick your dates, answer the questions once, and pay with one receipt. • New My Bookings tab: see every booking, what's left to pay, and pay it all in one go. • Open any class straight from its booking, and payment notifications take you to the booking. • Home now shows your upcoming classes. • Staff: approve a payment that covers several classes in one step. • Fixes: receipt photos show in full, and payment amounts are clearer.

What's new in CoachSpace 1.6 Payments • Pay right from your booked class card. If you skipped payment when booking, the card now shows "Upload payment" instead of a dead-end "Enrolled". • Clearer cash payments: the deposit and the balance are labelled "Deposit payment" and "Balance payment", and you can always see what's still due. • Uploaded the wrong receipt? Withdraw it while it's waiting for review and upload the right one. • If a class price changes after you've paid, it's settled automatically: any extra goes to your credit balance, and any difference shows as a balance due. • Paid more than the class costs? The extra now goes to your credit balance automatically. For clubs • Payment validation shows exactly how much each receipt is for, and warns you before approving one that won't fully cover the booking. • Partly paid bookings are now flagged on the class roster, even before the class is confirmed. • Receipts open full-size, so the whole photo is visible. Also • The app will now let you know when an update is required, so you're always on a version that works with the latest booking and payment features. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.

• Date of birth is now marked as required (*) on Edit Profile and must be filled in before saving. • Bug fixes and improvements.

• Email links now open in the app. Tap the link in your verification email and CoachSpace confirms your address and signs you in, with no trip through Safari. • Password reset links and class notification links open straight in the app too. • New to CoachSpace? If you haven't joined a club yet, you'll go straight to the club list to join your first one. You can also sign out or delete your account from there. • Saving your profile now checks that your phone number and emergency contact are filled in, and shows what's missing. • Coaches no longer have a Students tab. Coaches still see their students in each class roster. • If camera access is turned off, CoachSpace now tells you and takes you to Settings to turn it back on. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.

Bug fixes • Fixed an issue where the app closed immediately after opening on iOS 27. • Links to CoachSpace, such as password reset emails, now open the right screen even when the app is already open. • Other stability improvements.

What's new in 1.3 • Sign in with Apple: create an account or log in with your Apple ID. • Gender is now optional when you sign up, edit your profile or add a student profile. • Fixed the bottom tab bar being hard to see in dark mode on iOS 26. • Add money credit: choosing Cash now shows that you pay the full amount in cash. Just upload your receipt. (Class booking deposits are unchanged.) • Other bug fixes and improvements.

• Sign in with Apple: create an account or log in with your Apple ID. • Gender is now optional everywhere. You don't need it to sign up, book a class, or add a family member, and it stays blank unless you choose one. • Fixed an error that stopped you from saving your profile if you hadn't chosen a gender. • Fixed an issue where registering for a group class could be blocked by a "Complete your profile — Missing: Gender" message. • The tab bar is easier to see in Dark Mode on iOS 26. • Other bug fixes and improvements.
