Coconote - AI Note Taker 4+

Love this app! Have an Idea to make it better!!!

Ive been using Coconote and really enjoying it, but I had a couple of suggestions that I think could make it even better!

It would be incredibly helpful if timestamps were automatically added next to each note to show exactly where that point was mentioned in the audio. For example, if the lecturer says, the Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell, there would be a timestamp like16:54 next to the note, making it easy to jump to that exact part of the recording.

Additionally, having a visible timer while recording would be great. This way, as the lecture is happening, I can quickly jot down the current timestamp when something important is said, making it much easier to find that section later without needing to scroll through the entire audio.

Like it but needs improvement

I like this ap, it seems to transcribe well and i like the chat feature to find things quickly. Im on a trial, considering buying an annual subscription but i may try a few more first. Ive tried about 5 now and this one would be perfect if it operated how it does, but looked/navigated more like wave.

The ui leaves a lot to be desired. Buttons sometimes randomly get stuck in the middle (like the chat box or when im in folders sometimes the new folder button will stick in the middle) of the page. It would be great to have more view customization options, like layout, i really dont care for the list view format, would love to have expanded drop down options under each folder so you could see what is in there without fully going into the folder. It would be great to have the chat option that pulled in ALL notes, so i could have a conversation about a subject based on multiple records vs just chatting within the individual note.

Small things (prob huge in app development, sorry all, lol) would make this app really exceptional. Maybe itll just take me a little time to get used to it but it feels a little outdated compared to something like wave. Running ios 26 on 13 pro.

Beyond amazing!

I use this app for when I go to my doctors because I can no longer rely on my memory and just sit there and take notes while the doctor is speaking takes time away from the visit. This app takes our conversation and breaks it down into sections. Everything you can possibly imagine is in the breakdown. Also, if you speak another language and the appointment or the note is in another language, it will create the same breakdown in that language and even translate into English And then break it down again. The sheer amount of information that the app extracts from the conversation is absolutely amazing. What is also amazing is the support you get a personalized response within 24 to 48 hours. The app is expensive but in my opinion worth every penny.
