I love this app because I am terrible at making notes but I’m also broke and I kind of wish it gave me a week free instead of a day free for writing this but hey, I need to get my chapter 9 notes done anyways.

It deleted my notes because of an error???

OK, so today is my second day of using my app and when I used it the first time in my history class it did everything great it worked wonderful but today I used it for my art class and could we have a final exam coming up and I used it from beginning the class to the end I thought it was like a little lengthy nevertheless I opened the app and I’m like OK I’m a write down some of the stuff that we were talking about, but whatever I miss I’m gonna go back to come back to Unstuck and listen to it as I’m finishing up the recording and like waiting for a hour to come in and do his thing it tells me that an error has occurred and so I’m like oh word so I go back. I never close the app. I’m still on the app. I was just looking at my previous lecture and it deleted not a retry not a save your notes. It just deleted the whole entire my whole entire lecture so now I have no notes for the final exam again whatever I missed I was gonna come back it. if you’re gonna have a app like this, that’s like directed towards college students and especially for final exams that you need to have a are you sure button or a recall button because none of that popped up just told me an error curve and I went back in my notes were gone and I can’t even get the notes back at least have like a revive thing you know what I’m saying like for real because generally like to just say an error has occurred and delete is crazy.

It sounds like the app encountered an unexpected error that caused your notes to be deleted without warning, and we sincerely apologize for that.

Your suggestion to include a confirmation or recall feature is incredibly helpful, and we’ve passed it along to our product team. A feature like a “revive” option or an “Are you sure?” prompt could go a long way in preventing this kind of issue in the future.

Reliability

The app in amazing and has helped a lot. The only problems that I have are that there isn’t a way to log in to your notes on different devices which means paying for the app more than once. The other issue is that if your phone isn’t set to always stay on by turning auto lock off then at some time during your lecture it stops recording which results in some or all of the notes being erased. This would be a game changer for ADHDers a definite 5 stars if these issues are fixed.

Regarding your concern about using the app on multiple devices: you can use a single subscription across different devices as long as you're signed in with the same account used for the original purchase (Apple ID or Google account). This means you do not need to pay more than once to access your notes across devices.

As for the recording issue when your phone auto-locks — we understand how frustrating that can be, especially when trying to capture a full lecture. We're actively exploring ways to improve this experience, and your suggestion is incredibly helpful in guiding those improvements.
