Automatic relay fallback behind strict firewalls. GETTING STARTED 1. Download Code Messenger Desktop Visit https://codemessenger.ai and install the desktop app on your Mac, Windows, or Linux machine. It runs alongside your terminal and IDE. 2. Create an Account Sign up on the desktop app or mobile app. The same account links your devices. 3. Pair Your Devices Open the desktop app — it displays a QR code. Tap "Pair Device" in this app and scan it. That's it. You can also enter a 6-character pairing code manually. 4. Start Working Once paired, your phone connects automatically whenever both devices are online. On the same Wi-Fi? Connection is instant. Different networks? A secure peer-to-peer tunnel is established automatically. CONNECTIVITY MODES • Local P2P — Fastest. Devices on the same network connect directly. Add a VPN for enterprise-grade security. • Remote P2P — Devices on different networks connect peer-to-peer through an encrypted tunnel. No middleman. • Relay — Behind a strict corporate firewall? Traffic routes through our relay as a last resort, still end-to-end encrypted.
