Colors: the game about choosing

Casual

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad

At first glance, this game seems easy because its essence can be expressed in one sentence: press the right color. But it's based on the Stroop effect that is known in psychology as demonstration of interference in the reaction time of a task. When the name of a color (e.g., "blue," "green," or "red") is written in a color not denoted by the name (e.g., the word "red" written in blue ink instead of red ink), naming the color of the word takes longer and is more prone to errors than when the color of the ink matches the name of the color. Keep in mind that you only have two seconds for choosing the right color. Long-term thinking can lead to the loss. This game is useful in your effort to remain efficient, productive and sane.
