Coming Home is an immersive audio walk in Vitabergsparken in Stockholm and a dialogue with Virginia Woolf feminist essay A Room of Ones Own. The participants find their way through the park in a search for the author Mary Carmichael.
Money and rooms of one’s own are certainly important. But what do the ash tree and the fungi have to say about the female gender? On the winding path we will meet talking trees, enter soundscapes alive with opals and silk and cast a fishing rod into the deep, looking for keys to hidden caves.
