This is a truly significant update to Construct, long overdue. Maybe we should have called it "Construct for 6e" or "Construct 2025". No, let's just go with "Construct 3.0". Here's what's new: - Compendium realms & documents. Import lore into tidy documents, move/copy entries between them, and keep tabs on where everything came from. - Improved importing functionality gives direct access to a wealth of free and open monsters and more, through open5e.com. - Editing of creatures has become so much more sophisticated. You can now easily change creature types, duplicate, or use Mechanical Muse to conjure up completely new creatures for you. - So many tweaks and fixes. More than I can count! To be honest, I didn't even try. I can't wait to see what you do with these newfound powers. (I can only know if you hit the feedback button!) As for me, I'll be using it to plan the impending doom of my players' characters in the Tomb of the Nine Gods.

Fixes a crash when editing creature actions/features/reactions.

Corrected a mistake to support ability scores for monsters up to 30 (instead of 20). I ensure you this was not a plot to protect your players. Construct is not sentient in that way. Hide all evidence of fudged rolls, fake checks and other dicefoolery with a new option to clear the dice log. Improved handling of special characters when searching the compendium.

Improved understanding of monster attacks. The overview of attack effects (tap on an attack with a bolt icon) is richer and more complete. Any regressions or other issues can be reported using the "Feedback" button on the effect overview.

This is a minor bugfix release with the following improvements: - Critical hits and failures are now displayed more clearly in the dice action view (hit = underline, fail = italic). - Made editing the stats of a combatant in an encounter easier. - Fixed encounter difficulty settings for cases where the controls on the encounter setting view would not work properly. Construct has learned a few new tricks with this update that will make your life as a DM easier. Any rolls in monster feature or action text and spell descriptions can now be made by simply tapping on them. Spells mentioned in a monster's stat block can now be tapped to bring up all their details from the compendium. (And if you don't have the spell, Construct will look it up online.)  These new features are built on top of new analyses Construct performs when importing content into the app (and once when you launch this update for the first time).
