I like to use the monitor function. However, I’ve found that the time remaining is very inaccurate. My machine says there are 14 minutes left and the app says there are a lot less minutes remaining. As I watched the app it constantly updates the time remaining by going from, for example, 5 seconds to 4 seconds and back to 5 seconds over and over again. I think the developers need a better time estimating module for the app.

The function for picturing hooping and using for design positioning has grown leaps and bounds. Notifications or alerts help during embroidery. Problems that seem easy fixes like adding all HV machines, minimally the last ten years…like, EPIC 2, Epic, Ruby 90, Topaz, etc…what is frustrating is the EPIC 97 was recently added what’s up with that.This reeks of website dysfunctional format, not for basic users…and confusing…But does Corporate care?? You can always say promotional caring statement but actions speak louder.I gave three stars but I could really point out functions/features of these machines and software that nobody in Corporate put emphasis that can be a great selling point with reasonable pricing. These machines are an investment but life span and equipment support should live up to warranty terms.I can only hope this Brand turns around soon!

The windows desktop software sends project to the sewing machine or “the cloud”, but this software only seems to have access to “the vault”, which a different online storage space. Even when the desktop software sees the iPhone and offers to send the project to the phone, then says it successfully has done so, nothing shows up on the phone. So unless you want to try to design projects on a tiny iphone screen, this app is pretty worthless.
