CueSplit gives you easy control over splitting single-file lossless albums. Open a cue sheet, or a FLAC or APE file with one embedded, and CueSplit shows the whole album: track list, timings, tags and cover art. Play any track, correct the metadata, then split the album into one file per track.
GARBLED NAMES, FIXED
Cue sheets from rippers around the world come in many text encodings. CueSplit detects the encoding automatically. If names still look garbled, switch to another encoding and see the result straight away. Supported: Unicode (UTF-8 and UTF-16), Japanese (Shift-JIS and EUC-JP), Simplified Chinese (GB18030), Traditional Chinese (Big5), Korean (EUC-KR), Cyrillic (Windows-1251) and Western (Windows-1252).
EVERY TAG KEPT, ANY TAG EDITABLE
CueSplit combines the cue sheet with the tags already in the audio file, so details a cue sheet can't hold (composers, BPM, catalog numbers, cover art) carry over to every track. Edit any field for the whole album or just the selected tracks, drop in new cover art, and revert to the original at any time.
FLAC, APPLE LOSSLESS OR AAC
Save tracks as FLAC, Apple Lossless or AAC at up to 320 kbps. Every saved track is checked against the original audio, and the source file's own checksums are verified as it is read, so damaged audio doesn't slip through unnoticed.

Add the album, or just a few tracks, to your Music library as Apple Lossless or AAC.

• Pregaps at the end of the previous track, the start of their own, or left out
• Hidden audio before track 1 saved as track 00, or kept with track 1
• Cue sheets that span several audio files
• FLAC compression levels 0 to 8
• Save a corrected cue sheet
• Dates tidied to YYYY-MM-DD, and EAC's '' turned back into quotation marks
