DDPP (Decentralized Digital Product Passport) is a phone app for anyone who makes or exports products, wherever they are and wherever the products go, and for anyone who scans one. It is an independent app from ZincirX Inc., a private company, not a government app (see below). FOR MAKERS AND EXPORTERS • Sign in with Apple, Google or email and set up your organization in the app, in any country. • Describe each product once: identifiers (GTIN optional), materials, documents and certifications. • Issue a passport for a model, a batch or a single item. It starts as a draft: fill it in, then publish it. • Any product can have a passport. Where the EU has passport rules for a product group, or is preparing them (textiles, iron and steel, batteries, electronics, tyres and more), the fields follow them; they come from the server, so they can follow new rules without an app update. • Before you publish, see which data each passport still needs. • Record what happens to the product, with photos and location. • Every field has an access level set by its product group's rules; a scan and the passport page show only the public fields. Events and certificates are public only when you mark them so. • Print QR labels or share them as images. With a GTIN and a lot, the code uses the GS1 Digital Link standard. • Recall a batch or an item, and the notice appears at the top of its passport. • Work as a team: invite colleagues with their roles, and see the organization's passport credits. FOR ANYONE WHO SCANS • Scan QR codes and GS1 DataMatrix codes with the camera, or type a code. • Read DDPP and ZincirX passports in the app, and open other brands' GS1 Digital Links as the brand published them. • Keep the products you own in a list on your phone, with offline copies of their passports. No account needed, and nothing you save is sent to us. DDPP shows each manufacturer's own record of its products; it does not certify products. Each passport is also a web page and machine-readable JSON, and its GS1 Digital Link answers with a linkset. NOT A GOVERNMENT APP DDPP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the European Union, the European Commission or any other government, and it offers no government services. It is designed with the EU Digital Product Passport rules (ESPR) in mind. Those rules are published by the EU itself; their official sources: • ESPR, Regulation (EU) 2024/1781: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2024/1781/oj • Batteries Regulation (EU) 2023/1542: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/eli/reg/2023/1542/oj • The European Commission's page on ESPR: https://environment.ec.europa.eu/strategy/circular-economy/ecodesign-sustainable-products-regulation_en In English, Turkish, German and Spanish.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

• More → About DDPP now says plainly that DDPP is provided by a private company and is not a government app, with links to the official EU sources. • Every EU rule the app names now links to its official text on EUR-Lex.
