"더샵 HEE2"는 기존 더샵 입주민이 사용하시던 "HEE" 앱의 새로운 버전입니다. "더샵 HEE2" 앱을 통해 집안이나 외출 시에도 가스, 난방, 조명, 환기 등을 제어할 수 있습니다. [더샵 HEE2 홈 앱 사용방법] ▶ 앱 사용가능 단지 : 2019년 이전 입주 단지 및 동천 더샵 이스트포레 ▶ 2020년 1월 이후 입주 단지는 "더샵 AiQ홈" 앱을 이용하세요! ▶ 더샵 HEE2 앱을 다운로드하여 설치하고 입주하신 단지를 선택합니다. ▶ 앱이나 입주하신 단지의 포스타운 홈페이지에 접속하신 후 회원 등록을 하시고 관리사무소의 승인을 받습니다. ▶ 웹 회원 가입시 설정한 사용자 아이디와 비밀번호로 로그인 합니다. ▶ 앱의 안내에 따라 월패드와 스마트폰의 인증을 완료하고 나면 앱을 사용하실 수 있습니다. [접근 권한 안내] ▶ 필수 접근 권한 - 없음 ▶ 선택 접근 권한 - 기기 및 앱 기록: 앱서비스 최적화를 위해 앱 정보 및 앱의 오류정보를 확인합니다. - 알림 메시지: 앱 사용에 필요한 알림 메시지를 표시합니다. - 저장공간(사진/미디어/파일): 현관 화면 이미지를 저장하기 위해 저장소 접근 권한이 필요합니다.
