If you want to reclaim tens of gigabytes of your storage used for various Xcode caches - this tool is for you!

Xcode could store tens of gigabytes in ~/Library/Developer folder. Most of those cached files & symbols are not reclaimed over time and could consume a large amount of your storage, which is especially important if you have relatively small SSD drive.

DevCleaner gives you an easy way to inspect auto-generated files and clean them if necessary. It could also remind you about scan after a while.

Great tool!

While this same functionality exists in Xcode, it’s nice that you’re able to see exactly how much space is being consumed and that you can delete it all at once. I highly recommend this product for any Xcode developer out there!

Does what it says on the tin.

It even has a dry run mode which is much appreciated.

One suggestion would be to allow the user to change the path that is used during the scan in case you change it later.

Almost too easy...

For a hoarder like me, it's not easy to let alone event that really unwanted bit of data, so, this made me really uncomfortable clicking on a button and take back 80 GB! iIt felt exhilarating! It's so obvious, I guess Apple needs to bundle it with xcode.
