There are many odd, buggy things when using this app. Like in live broadcast or video conference, typing text must be done in a separate window from the video! When you try to mute a participant as the host, sometimes it flat out doesn’t work. Other times after you unmute somebody, they have to manually unmute themselves each time, slow and not smooth. Live broadcast is also very buggy and to unable to invite more than one additional person.For any type of video conferencing or broadcast, just use Zoom it’s 1000x better!It’s cool that they’re trying to offer such a comprehensive suite of services, from monitoring employees clocking in, requesting leave, and ability to share large documents, yet frequently the interface is clumsy, buggy, and not intuitive for a new user (this often frustrating) Developers at Dingtalk, slow down, fix all these bugs, and hire some userx design folks that can make this platform intuitive, streamlined, and enjoyable!Because for now, I really dislike Dingtalk and avoid using it as much as possible! I would rather use WeChat for group communication, Baidu cloud for sharing large documents and cloud drive, Zoom for video conferencing and broadcasting recording, then put up with clumsy buggy Dingtalk

To response the call of “Stop lessons, go on learning”, Ding Talk offers a platform for students to have online classes. This makes them meet their teachers, classmates, feel the academic atmosphere earlier over clouds. Even some of the students get rid of some bad habits like wake up late. It also makes my winter holiday life more ‘enjoyable and colorful’. I sincerely want to thank to the Ding Talk support team, because of them, we can enjoy our lessons with less lag or unclear images/video flow.In addition, this software really helps teacher a lot, according to Ding Talk, it is more convenient and faster for teachers to know about students’ feedback of classes, then teachers can adjust their teaching plans in order to make each student get the knowledge they need.Online teaching give a positive response to the call of “Stop lessons, go on learning”, and leaves a ‘good’ impression on the society, especially on students.Thank to Ding Talk again!

This app is as bad as the many other reviews say it is, for the said reasons. At first I assumed the bad reviews are a joke, but now that I’m using it, the vast majority are very accurate. One thing I would like to add, aside from the numerous permission requests you are constantly bombarded with, is that they lock the search after maybe 6-10 tries. I was trying to find my company on DingTalk, as they require it. But using initials comes up as “too short” for a search and the full name doesn’t return any results. What is the point of a search feature that doesn’t have anything but an exact match? And why should I get locked out for searching for a name? Why not have security on the other end, wait for the admin of your group to allow you to join? Illogical, clumsy, and a hassle. Just a pathetic excuse for an app.

Do not believe the people who wrote great reviews! This app is totally useless, when l’m trying to send a picture to my friend by DingTalk, it tells me to update on settings ! mainly, I’ve went to settings just to update this stupid app many times, but the settings just happens not to have a button that says update DingTalk or something! I checked every day to see if somehow it’ll pop out, but eventually I just got tired of this stupid app for updating and checking for a month. And if you ask me if l recommend it, here is my answer: absolutely NOT! This is the worst chatting app ever, all it’s other stupid stuff like AI or stuff is totally useless, I just won’t get over it and l never will! So please you can delete it or don’t even get it, it’s the worst app in my entire life! NEVER GET THIS HORRIBLE AND AWFUL APP!?!?
