I’ve been using the Dispatch app as a driver for a while, and overall, it’s a solid platform. Sometimes the app lags when multiple orders come in at once, and customer support can take a bit longer to respond during busy hours. I started with dispatch in the beginning has always been a great app have always gotten great orders. They are still an awesome company to work for an get orders through. Things have changed over the last year of so I have always keep my my on time delivery an drop off numbers at 100%. They came out with a top 50 program an to be honest that has hurt dramatically I no longer get or see good decent orders even with being with the company for over 4yrs since almost the beginning they were in Charlotte nc. To have keep my integrity when picking up an dropping off with no complaints an driving record over 100% for years to wasn’t considered a top 50 driver to me that’s a slap in the face. Now I am not saying they are not a good company but I think that program has put a damper on a lot of things.
