First things first, I am a real American paying customer.Next: I wish people would read the D@$n description! It recovers the disc image and then they will immediately send you the full version if you email them…So this leads me right in to my next statement….CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES EXIST. They reply by email with in a few hours, most companies won’t even do that. More over they replied with the full down load. I was only trying to go so far as recovering a disc image so I didn’t necessarilly need the full version. I securely deleted an entire drive because I thought I had completed copying everything to a new disc image. It recovered a lot of what was on the disc image. It did what it said it would do and more than what apple said was possible.I am computer literate and I read before I purchase, as opposed to most people who reviewed on here, who are obviously hastenly trying to recover their blunder, they then don’t read, and then get more mad than they already are and take it out on this company. They are a solid real company with some great programmers, who like I said, performed what apple said was impossible. PLease use this review for any one who is searching for an unbiased real user experience and which is from a computer literate background/vocation.

The app found the file on the drive that I was looking for. Looking forward to get the download for the full version as I have some files that accidentally got deleted from a flash drive. I sent an email with a screen shot of my Mac Store purchase “Do Your Data Recovery” and got the return email with the full version download and the License for the program the same day. I download the program and activated it and put in a flash drive that I deleted so photos off of. The process to recover those photos was very quick and all the previous photos were recovered and placed in the folder I selected. Thank you for the great customer service and I am very pleased with the program.

Worth the purchase price and customer service responded within hours on a Saturday evening to give me the License to the Professional version. It recovered nearly everything I had on a corrupted usb flash drive, which my computer didn't even recognize as a drive, and even recovered the files in most of the folder files and labeled the files the same, which saved alot of time. Way better than Disk Utility. I only wish I wouldn't need to use a usb to usb-c adapter on my Macbook Pro and the flash drive probably would never have been improperly ejected or corrupted in the first place!

I am SO happy I tried this app. Other similar recovery software wanted $80 or more. This one was so much cheaper and did what it saidand what I needed. Just take a screenshot of your purchase on the app store and they email you the lisence key for the full web site. The app quickly scanned to find my missing files. I selected all of them - over 1000 files. When I selected 'Recover' I needed to supply my license key which was emailed to me. In minutes I had all of my files back! I am so grateful for this app!!
