Elyno is a receipt scanner and business document organizer for self-employed people and small businesses. Capture receipts, review AI-extracted amounts, dates and VAT, and sort expenses by project and category. Create invoices and prepare PDF reports or ZIP document packages for your accountant. Check the extracted data before using it; Elyno does not replace accounting or tax advice.
Capture receipts and review the details
Take a photo of a receipt or upload an image or PDF. AI extracts details such as amounts, dates and VAT and suggests how to categorize the document. Review and confirm the results before using them.
Organize expenses by project and category
Assign receipts to a project or job site. Use expense categories and filters to find documents for costs such as fuel or building materials.
Create invoices
Create invoices for your business and keep them alongside your other business documents.
Match payments with documents
Import a bank statement and reconcile its payments with your documents. Check which receipt belongs to which payment.
Prepare documents for your accountant
Generate financial PDF reports or a ZIP package containing original documents to share with your bookkeeper or accountant.
Understand official letters
Upload a letter and get an explanation of its key points in plain language. Suggestions about possible actions and deadlines help you review the original.
Work in your language
The interface is available in 23 languages. Business profiles currently support the 27 EU countries. The app can also be downloaded in other countries.
Important: AI results may be incomplete or incorrect. Check extracted details, deadlines and original documents before relying on them. Elyno does not replace tax or legal advice and does not automatically submit tax returns.
Access depends on your selected plan. Available subscriptions and in-app purchases are shown in the app.
