Enode turns the barbell into a measurement instrument. Pair the Enode sensor with your bar, dumbbell or machine and every rep is captured automatically — velocity, power, force and full bar path — then turned into clear, coachable insight on your iPhone or iPad.
Built with and for strength & conditioning coaches, Enode brings the precision of the lab to the weight room floor, and does it simply enough to run a full team without slowing training down.
Velocity-based training, automatically
Every rep is tracked the moment it happens — peak and mean velocity, power, force and estimated proximity to failure. Load–velocity profiles and live load recommendations help you dial in the right weight for today's readiness, so athletes train in the zone that matches the goal.
Technique analysis, frame by frame
See the movement, not just the number. Enode reconstructs the bar path in the sagittal and frontal planes, breaks each lift into its phases — first pull, second pull, turnover, catch — and charts velocity, acceleration, power, force, inclination and rotation across the rep. Record the set and scrub the video in sync with the data to review exactly where a lift breaks down.
Jump and power diagnostics
Counter-movement, squat and drop jumps are analyzed through their full phase sequence — unweighting, braking, propulsive and flight — with jump height, peak power and force, so you can monitor explosiveness and fatigue over time.
Run the whole floor
Manage multiple stations from a single device, switch between athletes in a tap, and keep every lifter's session organized in real time. Enode is designed for the reality of a busy weight room, not just one bar.
Insights that build over time
Session summaries surface the metrics that matter — 1RM, peak power, velocity, volume — with trends across recent sessions, plus deep per-set and per-rep breakdowns whenever you want to go further.
Made for teams
A shared platform for coaches and athletes: profiles, history and technique reviews stay connected, so progress is visible and programming decisions are grounded in data.
Works where you train
Reliable connection, offline-ready sessions that sync when you're back online, and support for barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight and flywheel training across strength, weightlifting and jump exercises.
Train by velocity. Coach with clarity. Run the whole floor — with Enode.

Also garbage programming interface. Horribly unintuitive and confusing. Sounds don’t work. I wish there was a notification for rep goal reached. I wish there was a notification or countdown for rest periods ending. So expensive. Such a total letdown in every way. And this is just for deadlifts! I actually had hopes I could use this for bodyweight calisthenics too. Not a chance. Also very annoying that it needs to be recalibrated constantly. In 5 directions. Can’t just leave it on the bar. Can’t even leave the strap on the bar because the velcro goes over top the sensor holder. So you have to undo the velcro every time. Even if you could just leave the sensor on the bar, the indicator light is hidden behind the retention strap so you have no idea that the battery is dead til you’ve sat there staring at the app for 30sec like an idiot. I’ve been trying to give this a chance for a year now. I pull it back out every couple months hoping some hardware/software update will magically make it awesome. I want it to work soooo bad. This has the potential to be the most useful workout tool ever created. But it falls so short. Beyond frustrating.
Extremely Disappointed

I enjoyed the app features but the device is terrible. Extremely inconsistent and error prone. I switched to a linear encoder and am much happier with the data, but the app needs work. I wish I could use the RepOne hardware with the Enode software.
Good with flaws

Pros + records workouts + data seems accurate and the 1rm is usually close to what I can do on a good day Cons:- it can miss reps- it’s not great when you try to do single sided movements on both sides- the part of the ui that you need when you’re going through your sets can be hidden quite easily which can be annoying- it will miss count some movements like RDLs (it will count the first rep with you lift the bar off the floor) - navigating the historic data is challenging and to me it’s hard to see what you’ve done
Missed reps

I really want to love this bar tracker/app, but it misses at least a third of my work set reps.
This version brings a daily wellness check-in and session RPE. We also bring full iOS16.6 support.
