Estalogue is an assistant for residential real estate agents. Tell it about a client by typing or dictating, and it remembers. Say "Amy's budget went up to 1.4 million, call her Friday at 10" and Estalogue updates Amy's record and adds a follow-up task with a reminder. Later, ask "What's Amy's budget?" or "What do I still owe Amy?" and it answers from what you told it. WHAT IT DOES • Remembers each client's budget, timing, area and preferences • Takes notes by typing or by voice, right after a call or a showing • Turns what you promise into follow-up tasks, with reminders on your iPhone • Answers questions about any client from your own records • Shows every open task in one list • Shows where each detail came from, and keeps the history when you correct it HOW IT WORKS After a showing, a call or an open house, write or say it the way you would tell a friend. The assistant files it under the right client and shows you what it saved. Tap any detail to correct it. IT CAN BE WRONG The assistant is an AI and can misunderstand you, put a detail on the wrong client or miss a date. Check what matters, such as amounts and dates, before you rely on it. It does not replace your professional judgment. YOUR CLIENTS STAY YOURS What you type or say is sent to OpenAI so the assistant can answer, and is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. Delete your account in the app (Me > Data & privacy) and your clients, notes, tasks and recordings are erased. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO Estalogue does not search listings, match homes or look up property data. It does not message your clients, and it does not sync with your CRM. It is for you alone. For iPhone.
