eTrac 3.0 has been enhanced to achieve the goals of DEIBA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, Accommodations) and includes these types of improvements: More diversity in representing avatars, photos, graphics and videos to be as inclusive as possible of the many genders, sexualities, ages, abilities, disabilities, ethnicities and races of our learners. For example, role plays of a successful interview have been expanded to more diverse environments including an office setting, a grocery store and a warehouse. Videos also demonstrate more cultural and disability perspectives on teaching job seeking best practices such as eye contact, body language, greetings, self-expression, hair, clothing and hygiene. In addition, hair, hygiene and clothing recommendations are also gender-neutral. Learning content has been thoroughly edited in the six categories with a person first, positive, neutral and an anti-ableism perspective. Finally, the process for finding and keeping a job has been evolving. With new technology tools in our virtual world, the learning content now includes more virtual steps in the job search process including the growing popularity for employers who use video screening and video-based pre-interviews.
