New workout engine: every routine adapts to your time, your equipment, your level and your training type, using classic, well-known exercises. • Prioritize the muscles you want and your routine adjusts to them. Core always comes last in the day. • Larger exercise images in the info sheet, and more illustrated exercises. • With temporary equipment on, My Plan shows which exercise you will do today instead of each one. • When you have less time today, the routine keeps your prioritized muscles first. • Unified exercise names and other improvements. Important: when you update, your routine restarts at week 1 with the new plan. Your workout history is kept.

This update improves how your workouts are generated: more variety week to week, better volume distribution per muscle group, and more precise adjustments for your goal (strength, hypertrophy, cutting, or recomposition). New exercises were also added to the catalog.
