I like having access to me and my family’s benefits materials right from my phone. The app is easy to navigate and user friendly which is also a bonus. I also love receiving real time notifications from my employer so I stay up to date with important information and never miss upcoming events or notices!

I’ve been in my position for a long time and have gone through so many benefits to the point that it got confusing what benefits I actually had. Then my company signed with Explain my Benefits and they introduced this app to us. It’s very simple to use and has all of my benefits right in front of me. I clearly know my information and if anything changes it’s a simple button press to login and change my information.

Was able to view all my carrier contacts, view any plan summaries, and even watch educational videos for the plans I was enrolling in. There is also a built in notification system where I was receiving timely messages on enrollment dates, plan highlights, and new benefits being offered. This is truly a one stop shop for all things benefits! Great job EMB!

I had forgotten to enroll at workand almost missed my deadline. I just saw a text from my employer letting me know that the deadline was today and since I was already at home, I thought I was too late. But I was able to download this app and enroll in time. I was able to obtain all of my information needed to make decisions and enroll very easily! This app was a lifesaver!
