EXPO 2025 Digital Wallet is a wallet service available at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025. In addition to a cashless experience that allows you to use electronic money called 'Myakupe' both inside and outside the Expo venue and earn points called 'Myakupo' for participating in Expo-related programs, you can also enjoy various services and events using the 'Connect' feature with the SBT Digital Passport, even before the Expo begins.

・Download the application.
・Enter your personal information.
・Enter a PIN code for the Web3 wallet.
・Complete your registration. You'll receive SBT, and all features will be available for your use.

App is total nonsense, and not used by Expo vendors
Basically the title. The app is total nonsense. Why do I need a separate app, and account to simply pay for things at the Expo??
While the event is cash free, it seems that the vendors themselves have no idea how to engage with this app either.
Don’t waste your time. Do not download, and DEFINITELY do not put any money into your digital wallet.

Can’t even log in
I want to buy tickets to the expo for two days in a row. The website interface for this is horrendous (you have to fully buy and pay for each days at a time!!) so I thought - I’ll try the phone app surely it must be better. No. It won’t even let me log in with the correct email or username and password. What a waste of time. All this after I needed to set up two factor authentication to log in on the website just to see ticket availability information. People weren’t kidding when they said it’s almost impossible to buy tickets for the Osaka Expo.
