Unable to Save Pictures
So far the app is great, however why would the devs make it to where you can’t save pictures and videos to your library from the app!? You have to screenshot in order to save pictures
Confusing. No parental controls.
All the control of this app is by the provider. We left our school and there was no way to delete our account. Our former provider said she deleted us but our info is still there. As far as I can tell our info will be there forever. When I chose the “chat with us option” from the famly site they forwarded my question to our former providor. Which was awkward for personal reasons. Not a fan of this app. Am loving the similar “seesaw”

Our parents love it, our teachers love it, our administrators love it. This app makes running a preschool much easier, and allows us to demonstrate professionalism to our families through communication, billing, etc.
