Available features and permissions vary by platform. Free transfers have usage limits. Smart Backup on supported phones requires Premium. Poor UI. I was able to figure out how to transfer a file form my MacBook to the iPad. I then tried a second file, but the application says “waiting for response from iPad” even after multiple tries.
