I love this product!
I took a solo trip down the east coast and created this private digital space to log my travels. I invited people to follow along every step of the watt. They couldn’t wait to see my daily entries. The one evening I didn’t post I received calls checking to make sure I was ok. I now have pictures and details of the entire trip. I also ordered the book. It is absolutely amazing. The attention to quality and detail has created a life long treasure. I love this app and also the book they created for me. I highly recommend you log your next trip with us app. It is really special. I only wish I could attach a quick video of my book so you could see it!
Love the journaling aspects
I love how easy it is to add photos from any photo folder on my iPhone and the interactive map. We haven’t tried the printed books yet, but it sounds amazing.
Our family and friends have found it hard to see our travel log and the settings can be a little confusing so we only have one family follower who has been able to figure it out, so we keep a separate shared iCloud folder for everyone else. We also had a friend who was added to someone else’s trip (mistakenly) and because we followed her there was no way to unfollow that particular random person’s trip to Germany 🤪… so that was frustrating for a bit. Otherwise it’s great!
I especially like that I can add photos as a draft even when we have a poor signal and add text and upload them later. ❤️
Awesome Travel App
I am a first time user of the Find Penguins app, using it to document my transatlantic crossing. This app does a great job of helping you time-stamp and memorialize waypoints along your journey. I wish I could post more than six pictures at each “footprint”, but the premium product does that (and more) for a cost. The standard version has a position tracker, which automatically geolocates you! I have not found this to be the big power-drain others have complained about. It would be really great if it allowed me to post my footprints on Instagram (hint hint) as it does for Twitter and Facebook users. This app is very intuitive and easy to use, I think you might like it too.
