Bugfix on process transaction messages.

Search is more powerful: an All mode with collapsible sections, fallback matching when the spotlight index is empty, and taps that open the same screens as Accounts and Categories. Refresh shows progress while rebuilding the index; deletes stay in sync with search. We also fixed category shortcuts from system search and visibility of zero-amount transactions, and improved matching on subcategories.

Cross-currency goals: You can now fund goals using accounts in different currencies. Balances are automatically converted using your saved exchange rates. Budget category details: Transaction grouping now correctly follows your monthly/yearly toggle when viewing category details. Transaction form improvements: Switching between income and expense now correctly remembers your last used category for each type. Account label updated for clarity.
