Every workout gets a leaderboard. Log your score and see exactly where you land – against everyone who's done it. This is training a GPS line can't describe: AMRAPs, EMOMs, For Time chippers, strength, intervals, race-day sims.

Structure real sessions: sets, supersets, AMRAPs, EMOMs, For Time, intervals. Prescribe reps, load, distance, calories or time. Describe what you've got in plain English and let Fiz draft it for you, then edit anything you like.

Fiz Pro is an auto-renewing subscription at £7.99/month or £49.99/year, or the equivalent in your local currency, starting with a 1-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of
a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
