Flatren is a shared rent ledger for landlords and tenants. When rent is due, your tenant pays through their bank app and marks it sent. You confirm received. Same record, both sides, every payment.

1. Create the lease — property, unit, rent amount, schedule. About a minute.
2. Share the invite link — your tenant taps it, signs in, and joins the lease.
3. Log payments together — tenant pays through their bank app and marks it sent. You confirm received. Both sides keep the record.

We're upfront about what we don't do.
• We don't watch your bank account. Payments aren't auto-detected — both sides mark each one. That's the whole point.
• We don't move money. No escrow, no pass-through accounts. The transfer is tenant → their bank or app → you.
• We don't screen tenants. You already chose your tenant; Flatren starts the day the lease begins.

• Free — unlimited properties, units, only one active lease. No card, no trial cliff, no expiry.
• Pro — unlimited properties, units, and leases. Billed by Apple. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the period.
PRIVACY
• EU-hosted. Your data lives in Google Cloud's europe-west1 region.
• GDPR-compliant. Export your data and delete your account from inside the app at any time.
• We never sell your data and never share your records with advertisers.
