Hand tasks to AI agents
- Assign any task to Codex, Claude Code or another agent you already use on your Mac, the same way you would assign a person.
- Choose when it starts: right away, when the task moves to Doing, at a set time, or when you say.
- Follow its progress from iPhone or iPad: Working, Needs your reply, Ready for review. Its summary arrives in the task's discussion.
- Agents run on your Mac through the free Flownapse Agent Helper from flownapse.com/agents. Connect them once in Flownapse on that Mac, then hand them tasks from any device that syncs the same vault.
