FlowVisual: Process Simulator
Find the bottleneck, prove ROI

Draw the process once: it finds the bottleneck, prices the fix in days and money, and prints a proposal the client can check line by line. Now in nine languages.
Which process change is worth doing — and what does changing the system underneath actually touch? FlowVisual models a business process, stress-tests it, and answers both: in money and in working days. Then it hands you the document that proves it to a client.
THE PAGE THAT WINS THE PROJECT
Model two, three, five improvement options. FlowVisual ranks them and puts the comparison straight into your proposal PDF: this one pays back in four months, that one is worth roughly nothing. That single page is what a client pays a consultant for.
NEW: THE SYSTEM AROUND THE PROCESS
A fifth view holds the landscape the process runs on: which systems run, in which version, which tables and views they hold, and where every column comes from. Pick a node and FlowVisual answers what a change to it reaches, what it provably leaves alone, in which order the work has to be built, and what that is in person-days — with the assumptions printed next to the figure. Context, Systems, Data and Lineage are four distances through one model, not four drawings that drift apart. It also names what is already broken: an arrow that lands nowhere, a key that changes type on the way, personal data reaching the outside.
READ THE CLIENT'S DOCUMENTS INSTEAD OF RETYPING THEM
Point "Read folder" at the handover pack. SQL schemas and compose files are parsed exactly; prose goes to your own AI endpoint under a citation rule — what cannot be traced back to a passage is not offered. Nothing lands in the model until you accept it. A hundred columns out of a schema file are a list, with a filter and "only changes"; a dozen readings out of a handover note are a walk: one line, its quote, its source, and what stands in the model today. Take it, Adjust or Discard — a corrected value takes the same path in as a read one.
WHY SIMULATE INSTEAD OF AVERAGING
A process that looks fine "on average" quietly bleeds money on the bad days. FlowVisual runs thousands of Monte Carlo days and shows the whole distribution: the average day, the busy day nine in ten stay under, and the day it breaks.
FIRST NUMBER IN A MINUTE
1. Model it. Drag in steps, set duration, capacity and cost — or open one of six ready-made processes.
2. Stress-test it. One click runs thousands of simulated days.
3. Read the verdict: where the bottleneck is, how often you run over capacity, what it costs per year.
NUMBERS YOU CAN DEFEND
- Capacity, handling time or spread you never entered are named, not silently defaulted.
- Every result says what it rests on: blocked, provisional or reliable.
- Every load figure says which day it means — the average one, or the busy one.
- The comparison flags its own contradictions: a measure that saves money while cycle time or throughput moves the wrong way is called out before a client finds it.
HAND IT OVER
- Branded proposal and documentation PDFs, a change memo for a single decision, documentation as an editable Word file.
- The architecture drawing leaves as draw.io or SVG and stays editable.
- Export as JSON and CSV for Excel or BI.
- Ten display currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, CNY, KRW, CHF, INR, AUD, CAD.
WHERE YOUR DATA STAYS
Your process and client data stay on your Mac. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is synced. The AI part is off until you switch it on, and then it talks only to the endpoint you configure: your company tenant, a model on your own hardware, or a provider you pick. The numbers always come from the engine.
FREE AND PRO
Modelling, stress testing, saving, the PDFs and data export are free; the free PDF carries a trial mark and the default letterhead. FlowVisual Pro removes the mark, puts your logo, colour and letterhead on every page, and adds the editable Word file, the editable drawing and project folders for a team. One week free, then an annual subscription.
Model once, stress-test forever. Prove process changes instead of arguing about them.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Version 1.2.1 - nine languages, and a quieter start.
NINE LANGUAGES INSTEAD OF TWO
- Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Chinese join English and German. The whole app, not a menu bar over English screens.
- Japanese, Korean and Chinese survive the PDF export: the fonts are embedded, so the proposal reads on paper the way it reads on screen.
- Numbers, dates and quotation marks follow the language, not the machine.
THE START SEQUENCE
- The app opens with the animation from the website, inside the window.
- It plays once per version. It does not greet you again every morning.
LANGUAGE, CURRENCY AND APPEARANCE ARE THREE DIFFERENT THINGS
- Appearance follows the machine: light or dark, as the system says.
- Language and currency belong to the document and travel with it.
- The currency symbol follows the tab in front through every dialog. A file open in a background tab no longer relabels the money in the one you are looking at.
THE TOUR AND THE OPTIONS GRID
- Seven tour cards became five, and the tour no longer walks on by itself.
- The grid stops cutting its verdicts short, and no longer recommends a model nobody has filled in.
WHERE A NUMBER CAME FROM
- Every box says which numbers you set and which ones the app set for you.
- A save that fails now says so, instead of failing quietly.
- Settings are reachable from the keyboard.
